We believed in adopting a human-centred design approach to innovation using a range of processes, including design sprints, to help our clients find answers to challenging problems. They help develop new ideas, gain insights from people and answer critical questions.

We created experiences that brought people in, kept them engaged, and gave them something to take away. From planning the flow to setting the scene, we made sure every detail worked toward the same goal: building stronger relationships that would last well beyond the event.

Knowing that it takes good identification of a problem to design a program that solves for it, we developed programs anchored in research, stakeholder interviews, iterative design, and testing.
